James was amazing!! From our very first phone call he was very friendly. There was excellent communication from the beginning until it was time for me to pickup my laptop, he made sure my laptop was working properly. He was able to get the infamous blue screen off so I could get back into my laptop. It’s been almost 2 years since I was able to use my laptop and James fixed it! I am so happy. Even though all of my files weren’t able to be recovered (there were too many) that’s ok. I’m just glad I’m able to use my laptop again. I recommend James to anyone looking to get their computer/laptop fixed.

As far as I’m concerned and based on my experience, James is one of the best techies I have met. I remember the time when I wanted to upgrade my PC, and this was the most effortless experience because James was there to walk me through the entire process. He is great at compatibility, knowing how to explain performance, improvements, and how to troubleshoot, and knowing how deep to go. He really does make the complicated things become simple.
