This company is professional and amazing. They came to give us an estimate for our church and another company tried to take advantage of us but not Ross IT The technician sent out to us Mr Tony Bass was phenomenal and very patient. He explained everything to us and was so kind and very professional. I would recommend this company to everyone.

I love this company! Sam, John and April are all professional, timely and know there stuff. They have helped with several different situations over the past few months. Setting up my phones, replacing a computer that got zapped from a storm. They work well with my other software companies and provide help within the systems I have in place. I could go on and on! I recommend Ross IT for all computer, phones and so many other services they provide.
Ross IT did a fantastic job of fixing our phone line fiasco at Tara Plantation of Carthage. Their response time was quick and the work completed was timely and professional and we now have all our phone and fax lines working with our new phone company. They also used our existing equipment and were able to save us money on further repairs. We highly recommend Ross IT!
