Their customer service representative Jonathan is my bestie he knows his business and his job he's very polite and professional kind gentle person. I brought my laptop in for warranty work through Walmart. Seen they had some of the better reviews in the Fayetteville area. Guy at the counter was super nice and they gave me quick and very responsive service they were upfront about everything. 10/10 would recommend if your device is having problems.
