Screen RX

My sons iPad screen shattered and I wasn’t sure where to get it repaired. On a whim I checked out screen RX and called them. Tim was super professional, told me they do business a little differently (which I get can be alarming to people dealing with their phones and personal tech) but he reassured me that he will come to me, take it to repair it, and bring it back quickly. Payment at the end of the process. I felt confident in him, as well as his review base. Tim came picked it up, delivered it an HOUR earlier than expected and I paid him on the spot. I had a damaged s23u screen and was able to get a service call to the house quickly. The screen he put in that was immediately available was defective but operational with the S pin. He let me keep the screen while they expedite ordered another screen overnight to the repair shop. Received the second screen next day and two months later no issues with quality or installation. No additional fee for the second visit and was a good price and time efficient. Thank you for your service.
