WASTE CONNECTIONS OF CLEVELAND

I am so happy to share my experience with Karina French with Waste Connections of Cleveland. I needed a dumpster quickly and she worked with me to find the right size and price to accommodate our business needs. Karina was professional and kind, she went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of with setting up our online communication with them as well. She responds quickly to calls and txts. Which impressed me and made me feel like our account was important to her as well., I highly recommend Karina to help anyone get the best price and service for your business.

I just got off the phone with Michelle and let me tell you how amazing she is!! She went out of her way to assist me and she was just a beautiful soul. I can't thank her enough for being so helpful and sweet. I also spoke to the supervisor, Tyler to let him know that she was amazing, and he too was just a joy to speak with. In today's climate, I am used to people not being good to me as a customer, but that's not the case here. And I think we need to express positive experiences too and not just negative ones. If there's an issue, call Michelle and let her work it out before you start complaining, or writing bad reviews. Give people a chance to fix things and they will fix it. Thank you Waste Connections. This place is the absolute worse place ever. I hate that we have to deal with them. They did not run on Friday and was suppose to run on Monday which they did not and will not until Friday which has left cans full of garbage all over the neighborhood and customers with no where to put trash this week. They only give 1 can and you must pay for it if you want another 1. I have a can the exact same size as the 1 they gave us and could use it but if you put it on the corner with all the others they refuse to dump it and they will not pick up any excess bags sitting on the ground by the cans. They need to address this issue and do better or give everyone another can and the drivers need to pick up the excess over flow on the ground or they need to stop being petty and greedy and just give everyone 2 cans. It's ridiculous. Wish we had a choice on this service.
