I just had the best experience with Air 911 that I've EVER had dealing with my HVAC. I called them on a Saturday and they were on site to help in just a couple of hours. Extremely kind, honest, very reasonably priced. And they even went out of their way to give me some valuable education, on my unit, that will help me in the future if I ever have another problem. Wish I had known to call them the last time!
We had such a great experience with Air 911heating and Cooling that I had to share. From the first phone call to the final install, everything was smooth and way faster than we expected. After calling for an estimate, they had our new unit installed within just 3 days — which was a huge relief for us. The crew was friendly, professional, and explained everything along the way so we felt comfortable with the whole process. A special shoutout to Neal for helping direct us to a financing company. Absolute incredible service. Very professional. Very knowledgeable. Absolutely the "BEST". Neal and his son were nothing short of brilliant. Our unit went out, leaving us with means of electric heaters and kerosene heaters to rely on for heat. Tonight.. our home is so comfortable and warm. They worked very hard on the installation (perfect) job on our new unit. They were very diligent of clean up too. You couldn't tell anyone had been here when they left. Perfectly clean. We would highly recommend Air911. We GREATLY appreciate everything they done for us. Again... THEY WERE PERFECT💯. You need them? Call them. They will BE THERE. We loved them!!! Again... they're the BEST!!!
Friendly and fast service! When my unit went out, I got a quote quickly over the phone and they came 2 days later to install! The install was pretty quick and my heat was back to working in no time! I highly recommend this company and will be using them in the future!
Needed to replace a complete HVAC system and was worried about the cost and getting a great company to work with. Luckily I stumbled onto Neal and team and they did not disappoint. In fact, not only did I receive a great price, but the service was outstanding. It’s been a few days now and Neal has called to check that everything thing was going great and to explain the good warranty that came with it.
