I called for a septic pump not working problem. They came out in 15 minutes! They came back at 630 at night to pump the tank. Then the next day they came back and installed a new pump! Outstanding service and fair price. I am very impressed! Thank you
Called to have my septic tank pumped last Friday and he told me that he would be able to do it on Monday $400 no digging just to pump it. Waited around all day Monday no show no call. I had to reach out to him to find out he couldn't get it until Tuesday(today). I've waited around here today and haven't heard from him when he's coming or if he is. Got in touch with Evans and they quoted me $275 to pump it and have me scheduled for Friday. I've used Call On before without much issue, but I'm pretty irritated with his service and lack of communication this go around.

Doug and his crew came right out and pumped our septic tank and told us we had other issues going on. We called them back out to do the repairs and it took several trips due to multiple issues. Doug is very knowledgeable and professional and went right to the source of the problem. His prices are fair and he is very personable. I would strongly recommend him to anyone who has septic issues.
Call On Service came out to our house to pump our septic tank. He was quick to respond to my questions while setting up the service. He was on time and very knowledgeable and worked in a timely manner. He also gave me tips and noticed we had leak coming from the house and notified me so that we could get that fixed. I am very pleased with the service that was provided!!
