We just had an amazing experience with Sergey and Svetlana. They diagnosed our dishwasher issues quickly. They took the time to educate us and we really appreciated their transparency and honesty. Excellent customer service and a quick turn around time!

I have dealt with Sholom Appliance Company. First, I must say their customer service is great. Every time I speak with them, they are friendly and helpful. I had a washer that was making noise, so I had them come out last year, in 2025, to get a diagnosis and a cost estimate. In January of 2026, they came out with the parts to fix it. Unfortunately, the parts weren't the right size. They called to explain the situation and told me I wouldn’t have to pay more. They said they would purchase the correct size and fix it as soon as the parts arrived. They came out and fixed my washer, and I must say the technician did an excellent job. No more noise, working beautifully. I would highly recommend Sholom Appliance to anyone who needs repair on their appliances. Great customer service and high-quality work. What more can you ask for?
