Palmetto Exterminators

Being new to the area I got Palmetto as a reference from my neighbor so I called. Heather was very helpful on the phone and explained everything to me patiently. She said someone could come out that day but other work was being done so she scheduled for two days later. Austen showed up two days later and on time and was extremely polite, explained what he was going to do and where he was doing it. He did a great job and it only took about 25 minutes. Austen added before leaving if there are any issues with anything they treated for to call and they will come right back for no charge. I’m glad I called Palmetto and happy with their service. We are very happy with the service we received from Palmetto Exterminators. Haley, the Administrative Development Representative, was wonderful to work with. She handled our agreement, scheduled our appointment promptly, and has always been very responsive and professional. John, the technician who came out to perform the fumigation and pest control service, was outstanding. He was courteous, respectful, and very thorough. He took the time to explain everything and made sure the job was done right. We truly appreciate their professionalism and highly recommend this company!
