Precision Climate Control out of Spartanburg is top-notch. Professional, reliable, and very knowledgeable. They showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure the job was done right the first time. Great communication and great workmanship. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, quality HVAC service.

Our HVAC met it's demise with zero warning after this 40+ day heat wave. Edward dispatched same day and returned for replacement installation later that same week! His quote was so reasonable, we didn't even bother going through the usual process of seeking others. He was personable, knowledgeable and made sure we were fully informed. Edward was punctual for both appointments and definitely took pride in a job perfectly done. He even corrected some issues from the previous install pertaining to the drain line and filter placements. We're looking forward to him assisting with our next project in the spring that he's already roughly quoted. In... Our HVAC met it's demise with zero warning after this 40+ day heat wave. He took photos of the existing system so we could clearly see what he was explaining, which made it much easier to understand the condition of the equipment and what needed to be replaced. During the installation he also documented the work with photos so we could see exactly what was done. We really appreciated the transparency and attention to detail.
