Had a broken sprinkler head that caused our water bill to go sky high, contacted Smith Irrigation who was able to service the heads and replace the broken one the same day. Would highly recommend especially after calling other companies who wouldn’t even come out if it wasn’t their product.
Had one of their techs come out and move two sprinklers, check and adjusted all my sprinkler heads and Hunter control panel. Wish the service charge was a little lower especially if you are getting work done? I can see charging the regular service charge if no work is done, but it should lower once work is done in my opinion. Otherwise they came on time and very helpful and informative.
The team at Smith Irrigation is responsive and thorough. They did a great job with our system in the fall when it needed attention. And more recently, when we had an issue, they were there within an hour and resolved the issue. So appreciate them and their work and service and attention.
