We hired A.A. Courier & Sons back when Aaron first started this company and was the only "tech". From the start, and to this day, he has always been up front with options, costs, projected outcomes . . etc . . . We may not always like our options, but we appreciate his 100% honesty and never feel like he is just trying to "upsell" to make a quick buck. He has made sure that we knew what could be done to fix an issue. . and the costs for each option - which are always much more reasonable than I've been quoted from others. I recommend this company to everyone I know, and several of my co-workers have also switched to his annual maintenance...We hired A.A. Daniel was thorough and efficient! Heather called me to schedule my appointment within 10 minutes of filling out the contact form. She set us up for Daniel to come out the next morning – service is always top notch. Daniel presented me with a comprehensive report of what he found while diagnosing a minor concern with our system, and he repaired it quickly. I’ve known the Couriers for around 20 years and I’ll never use another company for HVAC. As they’ve grown, they’ve hired several new techs and every single one has been competent and respectful. I highly recommend Aaron and A.A. Courier & Sons. I called him Thursday night before the ice storm asking if he could inspect my gas logs. I had not turned them on in years and I wanted to make sure my family was safe and warm. He scheduled an appointment for the next morning. He was prompt, pleasant, very reasonably priced, and went out of his way to teach me how to light and adjust the logs. He had me feeling warm and safe in no time. I had a question later in the busy day and he returned my call right away. Excellent customer service. Thanks again Aaron.
