I went to this store and there were other customers but the person running the store her name I believe was Brittany chose to stand there and watch us. Me and my kids are not white. I felt she was racial profiling. Norfolk has a very large population of European Americans. If they have a theft problem statistically it wouldn’t be someone of color. Train your team on how to not profile ALSO IT SAYS ALOT THAT ALL YOUR 5 stars are from the European Americans
Best shoe shopping experience I have ever had, especially on Black Friday! The lady working was super helpful. Will definitely go back!! Can’t remember the lady working, but she deserves Employee of the Month!!🙂
Great selection hey dude shoes and sizes. Tara helped--great job. Got my shoes and ones on sale--size not in store, but she ordered to send to my home--THANK YOU! Good job.
We were greeted and helped by a very knowledgeable lady. She showed us where the shoes were that we wanted to look at. She found the right size and color we wanted. She was happy and polite.
Clean and well organized store. Staff is friendly and easy to find. They are also willing to help you find the perfect pair of shoes, even if they have to order it. Stock and sales are always changing. I am always finding a new pair of shoes for someone in the house. Thank goodness for mailers and coupons.
