Recently bought a pair of shoes from here. I wasn’t sure what I was looking for but the wonderful Manager Gabe helped find the perfect shoe for me! Everyone here was super friendly and helpful! Highly recommend for any of your shoes needs!

Came in looking for comfy shoes for work & was helped by Nolan who was nice and to the point. I appreciated his salesmanship and the experience was good.
I wanted to do a split payment of a gift card and my card. Nolan asked the manager on duty, Henry, to help. I had a decent amount on the card & as a broke college student I wanted to use it to ease the cost of the $170 dollar shoes even if it was only about $15 bucks off. After swiping the card and it not working, Henry typed the specific amount in and ran the card again. I worked in retail for 3 years and I am familiar with this process. After the first $10 went through, he BENT the gift card in half and went to toss it in the garbage with money STILL left on the card. I had to stop him from doing so as there was still money on the card. This is extremely unprofessional and as a MANAGER you have to do better. Also little training for you Henry, since apparently you don’t know what you are doing, if a transaction isn’t completed the money remains on that card until the receipt prints. So if my main card would’ve declined and I had to leave and come back, then you would’ve ruined & thrown out my gift card with money left on it.
Again, Nolan was amazing and very helpful! 5 stars for him. 0 for Henry.
