They installed 2 garage doors. The next day the bolts they used that were not long enough blew up in the springs hit the ceiling with the bar. I called them Comfortable Right behind They had a person come and fix it. After that, I had them come out because their screws came loose again and the doors came away from the wall. Now I have one door that where it connects together to the top panel has expanded and flattened. I have another door that the screws on the shaft came loose. I called a year and a half ago to have them put in more bars for support and their explanation was we’re not in the area where they need to be installed. So if I were you, I would not even think about having this company installed doors for you.

I contacted Elite Doors because one of our 3 garage doors had a broken mechanism, and I was expecting to be replacing these 25 year old doors. Shannon came over, and told me that they could fix the broken one, provide maintenance on the others, and replaced the seals on all 3 doors, as well as some cracked side pieces. They were fixed in 2 days. We appreciated the honest recommendation, and the quick, efficient and friendly service. We will definitely be using them again!
