Great Food and some amaxing shops but it jas been falling apart over the years I'm pretty sure the restrooms near Imperial Palace are a Helath code violation.

I wish that the employees of the mall would park somewhere other than the parking spacing right in front of the doors. Sure takes up lots of parking spots for the shoppers.

Many empty stores, poor bathrooms, dated and poor quality dining area seating and tables, outside parking lot has many broken areas. The food court has limited dining options but those that are there do have delicious, affordable food and drinks. The children's play area is dated and damaged, and there is no entertainment options for older children or teenagers.
