From the moment Terrence arrived for our scheduled maintenance appointment he was informative, professional and knowledgeable about our system. He was very patient and pleasant explaining what preventative maintenance is needed for our system and how to use the remote. Thank you Terrence and thank you N.E.T.R.
Terrence was excellent! He went above and beyond to explain how everything works to us and to show us what kind of build up happens on our units and how he is able to get rid of all of it! He checked to ensure our heat pumps were all in working order as well as checking the exterior units. He was very nice and super knowledgable! We feel confident that we are breathing in clean air now. Our experience with NETR over the past two years has been great! We definitely recommend them.
Tony came out to service our heating system- he was great! I am a new home owner and really didn’t understand a lot of the system that we have, he was very patient with all my questions and helped me to figure everything out. He was really friendly and worked efficiently, and arrived right at the time the dispatcher said he would. We are very appreciative and would recommend the service!
William R. Did a great job cleaning all our AC system. Mini splits and condenser units - very thorough, even in the tight locations of our units. Kept everything clean while washing the mini splits. Very polite and professional.
