My shower drain got completely clogged, so I called Elite Drains and Danny showed up within about an hour. Our shower has a pretty unusual custom design, so I honestly wasn’t sure if it would be an easy fix. He was a little surprised when he saw it, but he quickly figured out what needed to be done. He didn’t have the exact clamp size in his truck, so he ran out to grab the right one and came back to finish the job without any delay. Once everything was fixed, he even cleaned up the whole area around the drain and wiped down the wall where some cleaner had splashed. Danny from Elite Drains LLC is a true lifesaver! Not only was he at our house within an hour of calling on a Sunday morning - but it was during a blizzard! Danny was incredibly professional, organized and extremely helpful as he walked me through the process of unclogging our stuck drain all the while teaching us how to avoid similar situations in the future. He provided advice and suggestions on our current plumbing setup and helped troubleshoot a ‘non-drain’ issue that we were also having.
