My shower drain got completely clogged, so I called Elite Drains and Danny showed up within about an hour. Our shower has a pretty unusual custom design, so I honestly wasn’t sure if it would be an easy fix. He was a little surprised when he saw it, but he quickly figured out what needed to be done. He didn’t have the exact clamp size in his truck, so he ran out to grab the right one and came back to finish the job without any delay. Once everything was fixed, he even cleaned up the whole area around the drain and wiped down the wall where some cleaner had splashed. Very professional and knowledgeable with great customer service skills. The price was very fair and reasonable. Overall I’m really happy with Elite's service. I’d definitely recommend the business.
