Absolutely the best. They know their stuff and are kind when dealing with a spouce who ignores all cautions. There are a lot of mailorder contractors out on the internet and they will take your money and run. We have used a number of sweeps over 50+ years. Jay is the best in so many ways: technology, work ethic, breath of knowledge, etc
Brandon and Rob came to clean our two chimneys. They were punctual, professional, communicative and kept the spaces very clean. They gave us clear explanations of what they found in the chimneys and provided us with detailed emails and photos along with recommendations for suggested improvements. There was no pressure at all - just clear and concise information. We will definitely use Billy Sweet Chimney Cleaning again.
