I contacted Servpro on a Saturday afternoon expecting to hear from someone on Monday. I heard back from Steven within 15 minutes or so. He came out made an assessment Monday and had his team here on Wednesday. All the damage was mitigated by Wednesday afternoon which was important to me because we had guests coming that day. Ethan and his team were quick and efficient. Haley and Clinton came every day to follow up on the progress. They communicated very effectively and addressed any concerns I may have had. Everyone I worked with had a very pleasant personality and were easy to work with. I would highly recommend Servpro. Their customer service is spot on.

Avoid this corrupt company with fraudulent billing practices. If you must use them, read below to avoid my experience. Working with Servpro in 2024, and now 2025, has been a nightmare at every turn. This company has been dishonest in their billing, communication, and refused to correct their own mistakes after admitting they were in the wrong on multiple occasions. Their construction team was disorganized in their projects and documentation, and slow. They took 5 months from the start of construction to “urgently” remediate water damage in my kitchen. They duplicated charges by billing the same service under a different name (multiple times) & when the errors were brought to my attention by my home insurance provider, multiple members of Servpro admitted fault but refused to correct it. Their exact reason for refusal to remove incorrect charges were due to myself “accepting the estimate” already, accusing me of not providing “any communication that you were displeased with the pricing” even after multiple written emails were forwarded showing proof I was “displeased”. Additionally, the final bill I received included thousands of dollars worth of charges over the amount of the estimate I “accepted”, and Servpro refused to name what those charges were for and threatened to take legal action against me for not paying for the unidentified charges. Servpro’s refusal to provide itemized invoices of charges is a big red flag that those charges were made in an attempt to collect money for services never rendered and is a fraudulent billing practice. They took advantage of our family at a time of need, and I will never work with them again— especially for emergencies. I would never recommend them and urge you to reconsider using them for any project. I am appalled by the many “positive” reviews I am reading on Google about this company so I felt compelled to write my own honest experience. If you must use Servpro— please take extreme caution and get everything in WRITING before letting these people into your home.

I had a very big water damage situation in my home. The first person I met from Servco was Steven H he was awesome, very personal and very professional as well. I meant many others three of you guys and they’ve all been great Brian CO from litigation has also been very professional and explained to me exactly what point my floors and walls are at and drying. I feel very comfortable with Servpro now. and if I ever have any other kind of issue, I will definitely go back with them I also want to mention Haley Tevin Esvine and Steven This was another crew that came out to pick up equipment and check my flooring to make sure it was dry very professional And knew exactly what they were talking about There hasn’t been a part of the process that they haven’t kept me up on and let me know exactly what’s going on. They had several different crews I wish I had everyone’s name but these are just a few of the names that I have.Hailey being the supervisor, the guy really respected her and listen to what she had to say. She’s a tough girl And let’s not forget it the repair side they’ve been amazing. They’ve gone above and beyond Aspect, Jamie, and Doni Have both worked amazingly to get my house back in order and get my wife back. They did amazing job to my bedroom. It looks and smells brand new now. I’ll have to get the rest of the house done to match My bedroom. They’ve gone above and beyond in every aspect of trying to get this Job finish. DonI Has done everything possible with the insurance company to get things to where I would not have to worry about it they’ve touch and kept me in the loop with everything?
