Ryan from service was exceptional during today’s routine boiler inspection. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, punctual, and clearly very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what he was checking, answered my questions in plain terms, and made sure everything was operating safely and efficiently before he left. What really stood out was his attention to detail and the care he showed for my home—no rushing, no upselling, just thorough, honest work. It’s refreshing to have a service call that feels both competent and genuinely customer-focused. If every technician were like Ryan, boiler maintenance would be something people actually looked forward to. Highly recommend.

They did a beautiful job from the beginning to the end. They were very professional and knowledgeable explaining everything to me what they had to do and they took me through the steps as well. They did a beautiful job cleaning up. I can’t even tell that they were here working today. They were very patient with me because I had questions and they left me a very satisfied Customer. Brandon was perfect! He was clean ,nice, helpful and made my mom and I feel comfortable. Brandon is dedicated to excellence and was efficient in getting the job done, even though I was getting in the way and trying to clean around him while he was working. Our furnace finally reached the end of it’s life on the coldest weekend of the winter. From diagnostics to sales, to installation, the entire crew did an amazing job. Everyone was easy to work with and explained everything very well. Trevor from the Install team even noticed some improvements that they could make to the return air to help the system run more efficiently than before that they did while waiting for parts to be delivered. Can’t say enough good things about Zach Chrisafaris and Service Today. It started with the receptionist, who was as friendly and helpful as it gets, and continued with Zach, who clearly explained everything he was going to do to get us in tip-top shape.
