The whole team, from your first contact point of Brittany and Jessica to Mike and the techs. The are professional, quick to respond and the appointments are set and adhered to. Very reasonable pricing. Our ice maker is back up and working. Our oven light works again.
Today James and Will were at my home for a scheduled GE Dryer job . These are two great technicians whom are very knowledgeable with appliances . Im local in Easton, Will came to the house and diagnosed the dishwasher as a drain pump issue or control board. He was very nice and professional. They got the part in a week and he came by and tried the drain pump and the dishwasher worked, so no charge for the control board. Very professional, friendly and answered all my questions. I will definitely be calling MD Appliance if I have anything come up again.
