Called them because I was trying to find a company I can trust and really care of customer service and not just a company like Service Today or Comfort Air which all they want to do is sell you new units and not try fixing your unit. Artic came but my outdoor unit had no power and it was that the braker was tripped but we couldn't get the braker to work. Tech rule out that the problem was the brake and did not test the unit running since we could get power to the unit and they do not mess with braker panels. I had to go buy a new braker and install it. The outside unit keeps tripping the new braker so I called Artic and asked since the tech only was at the house for 10 minutes and really couldn't diagnose the issue, since tech couldn't get the unit to run, if I had to pay the $125 for the first hour again if they came back to really check the unit while it was actually running and they said yes, ai would have to pay again. Artic is another company that is there not for customer service but to keep your unit not functioning to keep charging you like the big chain A/C companies. Do not recommend if you need a company to go to your house to fix your heat pump. I was afraid when I called that they were going to be another of those company. And they really are. I will be contacting another HVAC company to come look at my 18yr old unit. For $125 Artic missed the opportunity on really diagnosing my unit and probably doing a bigger job like replacing this unit which it is probably what it is going to end up happening. After 18 years the unit it's running on it's last leg anyway.
