Did a full A/C replacement with Scott's yesterday. I highly recommend there service. We are very pleased with the work they did and how everything was explained from the owners. They also was very fast in finding the issue and getting the parts to fix and replace as quickly as they did.
After using this family owned business for routine service and maintenance for years when it was necessary to replace one of the units Scott and Brian presented and discussed several options. They took the time to explain the advantages vs. cost of each upgrade. Once I had made a decision, I had a full understanding of what I was purchasing and why the upgraded model features were worth the investment over the long term. Their contract was very complete and clear and the installation was smooth, clean and timely. They were a pleasure to deal with!
