Woke up to the thermostat reading 57 degrees. I called North Star HVAC and spoke to the on call person. He came out to the house within an hour and found the problem. The next business day the office called to inform us that the part was ordered and they would call when they received it. They called a couple days later and scheduled us for the next day. This all was happening during a very serious cold spell. The technician, Cole, was polite and efficient. We have used North Star HVAC for many years and are very please with their service.

Let me tell you about Northstar. They came on a Saturday night when nobody else would I had no heat no hot water and Harry Buck Jarvis is a good friend of mine and he sent two guys out. He told me what he could do and he did it he said he would do it and save me $4000 for that reason alone I would highly recommend. Also Austin and Brandon were very professional and knowledgeable.
