Tech came Friday. Pump for charging loops was frozen. We defrosted the pump, but it was broken. Restarted system but it went back to lock down on Sunday and back to emergency heat. Called your office Monday. Receptionist said every one was on the phone. She took my contact info and said someone would call me back. Almost close of business Tuesday and no call back! Technician also said to expect a call on Monday as he was to report to the office that he was unable to fix systems. Been a customer for over 20 years and have had a maintenance contract the whole time. You all are not living up to the terms of your own agreement.

Most of the time I would say, I don’t know where to start, but here I know exactly where to start. I had initially hired from a recommendation another company and that company had done was bypassed a gas valve because the safety wouldn’t allow the furnace to stay running because the heat exchanger was cracked. This I was completely unaware of and didn’t understand why the flame would consistently go out especially if there was any strong wind. After running in circles with that company, I simply picked up the phone and contacted. Mindy and within a day. They had a technician diagnosed the actual problem was a cracked heat exchanger. The tech notified me that it was truly a safety concern having the safety bypassed, and the unit would still go out within a day. They had advised me that the unit would need to be replaced, and since the unit was from 1981, there really wasn’t much complaining that could be done at that point on my end age is age. We had them order the unit and in less than seven days the unit was installed, corrected and no more problems. They installed a new roof jack to go with the new unit through our roof. They completely cleaned up after themselves and hands-down was just an exceptional experience. Which I was extremely thankful for because this is a rental unit of mine. Thank you for a smooth, cost effective, corrective transaction. It doesn’t get any better than that.!
