Service was excellent. The service techs were knowledgeable and professional. The issue was the price for parts. A simple ignitor for a furnace was $280 after our discount due to our service contract. The exact same item (identical part # and manufacturer) on Amazon was $28. I understand there needs to be some mark-up, but 10X?
Every aspect of the company was done so professionally and with so much caring. It was run like a big company with small company charm and appeal. They did a unit for me 6 months ago and because it was so good they were back to install the unit they put in today.
Very positive experience. Sales reps Eric did a great job with home system assessment with equipment options. Marcello and co-workers professionally performed on schedule heat pump/air handler system install. All communications with office and technical support was informative and pleasant. In summary, all Coastal Comfort personnel we engaged with were knowledgeable, courteous, and provided excellent customer service.
My wife called for a problem with our heat in the freezing temperatures while I was in Florida. They had a technician out within a couple hours. He did a complete diagnosis and even sent me pictures. It wasn't acting up while he was here. A few days later while I was back it started acting up again. They sent a technician Joe out he diagnosed the problem and repaired it. He stayed a while to make sure it was fixed and didn't charge for the second call. Definitely would recommend them for you HVAC needs they were prompt, courteous and reasonable
Coastal Comfort is on the ball. They arrived when promised and Joe, the service representative, was very neat and clean while performing the system checkout. Received a report through my email and it explained all point that he checkout. Well done.
