Kelsi was so responsive when we called to get a water softener installed in our new house. She answered all our questions and even the ones we didn’t know we needed to ask. She cam out and adjusted things to make the water perfect. She is very knowledgeable and informs, not sells. Highly recommend her and her team.

Sapphire water works is professional, knowledgeable and dependable. The customer service is great and communication is wonderful. She is the best of any service we have ever used.
