They solved my computer problem, but it was a stressful and poorly communicated process: I dropped off my computer Friday morning, was told it would be ready on Monday. Tuesday I called and was told it would be ready by the end of the day; it wasn't. Wednesday I called and was told it would be ready by the end of the day; it wasn't. Was not ready until midday on Thursday. I would have made other arrangements earlier in the week if I had known I would not have my computer all week (I don't have access to another computer for my work). Or a call from them to let me know it was taking longer than expected would have been helpful.
