I had a good experience at Lloyd's! I had some fairly pricey Tecovas ($650 or so) caiman boots that I wear when I fly. After a year of working the leather soles were pretty worn out. I went to Lloyd's with a special request to get rubber soles and also to make it so the boots don't set off the metal detector when going through TSA (I am a pilot). He was able to think outside the box and come up with a creative solution. Great work done on these boots and the leather sole with rubber base is nice and thick, better quality than stock. He recommended leather with rubber grip because they would keep the more dressy look of these boots. Awesome work and finished when he said they would be. Also polished the boots nicely

Very happy with the repairs done on my pair of half-ostrich leather boots! They needed new heel soles and insoles, and were turned around within a week of me dropping them off for a very reasonable price! Will definitely be back in the future and would highly recommend!

I brought in some leather shoes that have seen better days for a repair on the strap. The owner was very straightforward about my options and his best recommendation. They look better than new! I paid $17 and while that might seem expensive to some, it's cheaper than a new pair of good shoes and kept my money local. I am very happy with my repair!
