Adam arrived yesterday on time and did a great job installing our new system. He was polite, knowledgeable about the system and products, and very patient explaining how the system works, installing the filters, etc. Couldn’t be more pleased with Adam and everyone else that I’ve talked with at Clearwater. Top notch crew from the sales people, Chris and James, to Adam and the office personnel. Thank you so much!

I inquired about a water system with Darren last summer, and he was super helpful in getting me a quote and explaining options. We didn’t go through with the system as we had other remodel projects going on that had to come first I contacted Darren again this fall and once again, he was super quick and happy to get me a new estimate and answer all the questions I had , he came out to the house again and looked at our water and we ended up installing a water softener. The guy who installed it did a great job and was happy to explain to us how it worked and what we needed to do. I would recommend this company to others inquiring about water, softeners or filters.

I have no experience working with Clearwater Systems, however stopped by to ask a simple question one afternoon and was really disappointed in the customer service by the front desk. Again, I wish I could base this review on their services. Definitely not my field of expertise. However, I do work in customer service and know that it’s really easy to be nice and helpful. Front desk was not.
