Such a great experience. I called first thing in the morning and they squeezed me in immediately. They walked me through everything, were transparent about costs, and made the whole process smooth and stress free. Friendly, efficient, and professional.
I’m not generally one to leave reviews. However, I was incredibly pleased with the service I received today from Joe. He is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to devices and explains everything in a very understandable way. Out of all the device repair places in town, this would definitely be my first choice.
Absolutely the best in town! I took my Pixel 6a in for a battery replacement. Joe definitely is a skilled tech, and had my phone back to me within the day, at a very reasonable price; much less expensive than replacing my phone. When I got home, my vibrate motor wasn't functioning, so a quick call back, and Joe had me scheduled back in to take care of it. Again, I was taken care of promptly and masterfully (the Pixel 6a screen might as well be a Fabergé Egg) and I had my phone back quickly. No fuss, no muss. I really appreciate this level of service and highly recommend Big Sky Cell Phone & Electronics Repair. Thanks Joe!
