I was obliged to choose at list one start. They not deserve even one star.. they deserve 0 . Avoid Safe Touch at all costs. Their camera systems are poor quality, and their customer support is unreliable. Despite the high cost, the service you receive is far below expectations. Do not sign any contracts—they use them to lock you into a subpar service that’s difficult to get out of. You’re better off choosing another provider with better equipment, support, and flexibility. I just called Safetouch and told them once again how unsatisfactory service their cameras work and I wanted to downgrade because those cameras don’t work most of the time. The customer service representative put me on hold for 15 minutes, then I called back and talked to this nasty person they don’t even t have any respect for the customer. Then I found out that I still have to pay for the incompetence service until 2029 and for the camaras that never work.
