Everything went as planned and we have our new security system installed. The technicians were very helpful and knowledgeable. They answered all our questions and explained the keypad, app and website process. We’re all set and happy with the results thus far.

The guy that came today was freaking fantastic. He was in and out within an hour did twice the work as the last technician and so actually 1/4 of the time! Personable! He knocked on my door before coming in and Ihighly recommend him to go in people’s homes! The previous installer creeped me out, was rude, and didn’t give me the impression he knew what he was doing. This tech was very respectful.
