Platinum Paving and Concrete

Driver ran us off the road on Hwy 46 in Statesboro. Attempted to contact company but was sent to a voicemail stating it was full and not taking anymore messages. Tried to call back several times again and never got anyone to answer the phone. Very poor handling of this situation. Will give all company information to our insurance regarding of the damages and will be filing a hit and run report.

Driver of truck DT44 on 8/18/2020 almost ran me off the road on Hwy 17 in Richmond Hill. Speed limit was 45 and he was doing at least 60. I called to report it to their office and Christin thought it was hilarious. Even putting me on speakerphone for her ignorant counterparts. A sad attempt at de-escalating the situation was done by a young lady name Tess. No call back as promised from a GM. Not surprised after viewing other complaints about drivers. Despicable. I'll contact the BBB next.

Never followed up after calling to get a quote several times. Kept telling me they would have someone to call and they never happen.

They’ve been at my place of business for coming on two weeks now and they’ve only done a quarter of the work they are suppose to have finished by now. They leave their equipment here and close the parking lot off and don’t come back for days and then they will do a little bit of painting and resurfacing and then leave again leaving the parking lot in shambles and keeping it blocked off so that no one can park. Don’t get me wrong; the actual product and finished work they are slowly and painfully providing is good but the time it’s taking is not worth it. Platinum paving worked a miracle at my place. Their work is top notch. They paid attention to the details and left no work undone. They are truly the best in the business. If you need anything paved give them a chance. If they dont call back right away keep trying because they are worth it!! They did a wonderful job.
