Customer service called me to see how everything was going and if they could help me with anything. I told them of a problem I was having at my shop and he tried to sell me something. He got angry and very unprofessional on the phone. I have been a customer for over 12 years. Looking for another company today!
We have Vivint for years. Had a call from someone from Vivint yesterday asking if we were having any problems. Told him about a few things instead of helping, he tries selling me stuff that I don't need and then got downright angry and nasty. Someone needs to send him packing before he has more customers leaving!
AVOID VIVINT AT COST. Based on my experience they deserve 0 stars. These people should be put out of business. We had a guy come to our house in a new neighborhood. Ended up signing a contract that included really expensive equipment and an extended monitoring contract. We’ve been with them for over 2.5 years of a five year monitoring contract. Our system has yet to work right. We haven’t had a that many issues with the security system, but the fire/smoke protection system has not worked properly since it was installed. I’ve spent hours on the phone with them. They’ve sent ppl out to fix it multiple times. We haven’t absolutely no confidence in their product, as after all this it still doesn’t work the way it should. If anyone from their corporate office reads this, or even cares, I would ask them to reach out to me and find an equitable way to end my contract with them. I don’t feel I should continue to pay for a worthless product. VIVINT is not worth your investment or peace of mind.
I had to tell the sales guy no three times in a row before he got mad at me and gave me attitude because I wasn’t interested in the product. I’m not sure why he thought he would get a sale when he was actively disrespecting my no as I’m standing there 37 weeks pregnant looking exhausted.
