I contacted Safe Sweep to repair a loose damper. Because my home is older and the damper is original, the repair was a bit challenging. Jake came up with several possible solutions and worked until he found the one that worked best at a very affordable price. Highly recommend!
Jake fixed my pilot lighter in my gas fireplace. He came and assessed the damage, give me an honest timeframe on when it could be repaired, scheduled a follow up and came back and fixed it. He didn't try to price gauge me either. Clean, honest and ethical work. I would definitely hire them again if the need arose.
My first great experience with Safe Sweep was having a real person answer the phone. I was able to make an appointment within a week. Jake came out and completed work for hundreds less than two other competitors had quoted. He waterproofed two chimneys for me and fixed my gas fireplace. Now I just use a remote to turn it on.
