If I could give 0 stars I would. Ridiculous that they just tried to tell me they charge $280 to wipe a computer to factory settings, I got off the phone with geek squad and I was really wanting to give My business to a smaller business instead of a big corporation so I called this company. The squad charges $40 to wipe a computer to factory settings, and then they tried to justify it by saying that there’s a $70 surcharge that they will go through the computer to make sure that it is functioning properly before doing the cleaning. That’s still $170 more than the competitor. How is this company in business, that’s a RIPOFF!!! Are people really...If I could give 0 stars I would. If there were a way to give them 10 stars, I would. I have also referred them to others who feel the same way. Thank you, CPB, for being there whenever I need you for any computer situation. I can't imagine what I would do without you!
