We are so happy Natalia scooted through our neighborhood! She was very polite, and informative of the services they had to offer. There were several things this company had to offer that our current pest company couldn’t. Although it sounded great I was still a little hesitant. I wanted to wait until our tech actually showed up and got to work before divorcing our other pest company. Lol Andrew showed up 10 minutes early, chipper, ready to work, and very professional! We discussed all of our concerns and we came up with a game plan! Since this was our first inspection with them, I did follow Andrew through the entire visit. I wanted to see... I wanted to see exactly what his method was, and to ensure we were meeting all the standards that Natalia and I discussed. Andrew was phenomenal! He executed the plan perfectly! He listened to me, he answered questions very thoroughly, and explained to me what each treatment was and how it will fix our problems. The eave sweep and yard treatment was our favorite! Such a game changer and an added bonus of protection! He was very easy going, and fantastic to work with! Our visit took a little longer due to our toddler tantrums interrupting the service several times lol but Andrew didn’t seem annoyed, or agitated which means a lot! Very patient and hard working guy! Thank you so much Andrew!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Featured Pest and Termite. When I signed up, I was clearly told that I could cancel my service “at any time.” Unfortunately, that turned out to be completely misleading. When the service they provided wasn’t what I actually needed, I attempted to cancel. I called multiple times and sent three separate emails requesting to stop the service. I never received a response addressing my concerns or acknowledging my cancellation requests. Instead, the only communication I received were automated emails telling me I owed them money. To make matters worse, I was then told I could not cancel withou... I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Featured Pest and Termite. When I signed up, I was clearly told that I could cancel my service “at any time.” Unfortunately, that turned out to be completely misleading. When the service they provided wasn’t what I actually needed, I attempted to cancel. I called multiple times and sent three separate emails requesting to stop the service. I never received a response addressing my concerns or acknowledging my cancellation requests. Instead, the only communication I received were automated emails telling me I owed them money. To make matters worse, I was then told I could not cancel without paying for the entire year of service, which directly contradicts what I was told when signing up. A company that misrepresents its cancellation policy and ignores customer concerns is not one I would trust. Based on my experience, I would never use or recommend Featured Pest and Termite to anyone.

Really Sad, I picked them up in April. All summer long we had issues. I was told by Michael when he came out that to just give them 6 months and if I'm not happy I can cancel. When I called to cancel they advised that I have to wait a year to cancel or pay 300.00. This was not what I was told. I also talked to 2 neighbors who signed up and they too stated they were told they could cancel in 6 months. Clearly there is a miscommunication from their sales team. The worst part is when I advised I will be talking my neighbors, that I sent Feature too to get more business, know about this and confirm it was 6 months. The Lady on the phone laughed,...
