I got a new wedding set and it was a size 7 which was way too big for me, but that was the only size the store had. So for 2 weeks I wore a ring guard which work for a bit but then got too loose to where I was scared to continue to where my ring. So I researched places online and found Watch Techs in Creve Cour. I called them first and I was very surprised with what I heard. That they would resize and sauder my ring for a very reasonable price! Then to find out that it doesn’t get shipped out to a third party person for the sizing. It would all be done in store and turn around time is within a day or two! Just shocked and was very happy. I called one other place and they quoted too much for me and sent it out for maintenance which meant I’d get it back in a week or so. Immediate NO for me! So I took it to watch technicians in creve cour and turned out my quote was a bite higher since I did not know specifics of my ring but at Watch technicians they gave me a 20% discount! So sweet! Plus the maintenance lady stayed later to size my ring correctly and give me a correct quote. So nice of her to do that! So I left my ring with them and got a text the next day that it was ready for pick up! Let me just say my ring now fits perfect! It went from a size 7 to 4.25 and now saudered! I absolutely love it! I would recommend this company 1,000 times over!! Quick, easy, simple, and fast!

I was very impress with their friendliness, time given to me for my various items to be repaired, thoroughness, and trustworthiness. I worked for a jeweler for 7 years and was impressed with their helpfulness. I felt I have been going to them for years and left feeling very satisfied for being my 1st visit. Between my Wife and Myself, we have taken several watches to Watch Technicians. From a restoration to a simple battery replacement. Most were taken for a service to restore to factory standards. John at the OLIVE store ( next to Dierbergs) is most helpful and accommodating. The watch that stands out is a BRIETLING Super Ocean 44. The watch was 12 years old, Purchased new. It had never been serviced. The watch was losing 1-2 minutes a day. John took it in , a complete service was performed. The watch in now in the +- 1 second a day. This is in ROLEX standard of SUPERLATIVE, their highest rating. A service will definitely make a difference.

I am absolutely thrilled to be able to write this review for Watch Technicians - Creve Couer! I brought my watch into them back in June for a service where I was having issues with the crown. The watch was functioning perfectly, however should I need to adjust the time or date, I was having issues with an unstable crown. I have been collecting watches for over 30 years and I am extremely familiar with various brands & movements - so, what I thought was a simple fix turned out to be anything but simple. While I was enthusiastic to get my watch back on my wrist, neither John nor Sarah would not release it until everything was done 100% right, seals, crown, timing and everything. Today, I picked up my watch, and I fell in love with it all over again! The care they took in fixing my timepiece was above and beyond, and I would sincerely recommend this team to anyone I know that would have an issue.
