While I did not purchase my gas insert through SAFE Chimney Service, I hired them to handle the installation and I am very glad I did. Amie was excellent with communication and made scheduling the appointment seamless. Mike and his crew did an outstanding job with the installation and made sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. He went above and beyond by painting the fireplace and even adding insulation to eliminate a draft that had been coming into the home.
