This place is such a gem, no pun intended. Mark and Jeannie are absolutely amazing and found us exactly what we needed at the right price. They really went out of their way to make sure we were happy, giving us multiple options for beautiful jewelry. They spent lots of time with us to make sure we got the right diamond. I walked in to James Diamond Looking for an engagement ring, With absolutely no sense of direction, No vision, Absolutely no clue or idea of what I wanted. From the moment I walked in Mark An associate/sales Manager at the store Gave me a very personable experience. He started our conversation with educating me about the triple C’s. He pulled out an Informative chart that layed the clarity, Color, Cut Of diamonds. He explained this chart by also mentioning certain threshold when within each (C) That is most preferred and more quality. After Mark gave me an educating Lesson about Diamonds. He then began to move forward with different shapes available, Different settings and rings, Karat Sizes and more. Then began understanding my budget and pointing me in the right direction. He made my whole experience Reassuring, and comforting during such an important time of my life. Giving me confidence throughout the whole way. Not once that I feel a sense of pressure!! Even at times my mind was spiraling with thoughts and ideas. He always told me to take my time, go home sit on my thoughts and come back. Making sure I made the best decision moving forward I would recommend James Diamond & his Team (Shawn/Mark) 1000 times over ! Seriously!
I recently had my engagement ring sized by Mark at James' Diamond and it was such a great experience! From the moment I walked in I was greeted warmly and felt right at home! Mark was very friendly, funny and kind during this process. Their store is beautiful and Mark was super knowledgeable about diamonds! And my ring sizing was finished so quickly (next day)!! I will definitely be purchasing my fiancée's wedding band from there!
