Steven is a true professional. Honest, kind, and knowledgeable. He was able to get my 6 year old Dyson V11 vacuum back into tip top shape. He gave a free estimate along with several options on what could be addressed, and did not push upselling on unneeded repairs. Will continue to go back and refer anyone in the Portland area to him!

Steven is a gem! Truly gold standard customer service! My partner and I bought a Shark vacuum from him in 2023. Since then we have had minor issues with our vacuum. He serviced our vacuum within warranty the first time. This second time was outside of warranty. There was a rusted part that he cleaned off and soldered back. His service was prompt and is very much appreciated. We will keep him in our roster for vacuum repair for all future needs! Check him out! I cannot recommend his services enough.
This place is the best! Steve was so kind and helpful, and works on Shark vacuums! Highly recommend! I got my shark vacuum for free from a neighbor. It worked so well and was my first personal vacuum lol anyways, it stopped working randomly and Steve was able to service it and replace some belts for a FAIR PRICE! I was stoked! I guess this is what being an adult feels like.
