Bruce really is a very kind and knowledgeable person! I really appreciated getting to talk with him and learn from him. And he's very friendly (my cat liked him 😺).

Bruce is responsive, friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. He quickly revived my 14-year old stove that had stopped working, and for an extremely reasonable price. Bruce also came back to follow up on an issue I was having with one of the burners. He is generous with his time and talent and definitely on the side of the consumer to help us save money and not have to replace appliances. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. If it is, have Bruce fix it! Thank you Bruce!

Look no further for an exceptionally kind and experienced appliance repairman. It was such a pleasure to find Bruce, who not only fixed my oven but showed me how it worked and what had gone wrong, and in the process fixed the stove knobs which kept falling off and I had been replacing them at $70 a pop. He fixed them so they wouldn't break again, at no cost. He also kindly replaced parts in my microwave that I had ordered, again at no cost, and told me how to save money on parts in the future. Bruce is the best. Reliable, fast, reasonable rate, unhurried and friendly. He is very warm. Most importantly he came the day I called to check out why the dryer wasn’t heating , ordered the part and repaired it two days later as promised. I will always call Fixon Bruce For appliance repairs.
