AAA Appliance has and continues to be very responsive to my callouts for help on failed appliances. They inspect the issue within days and often times resolve the issue that same day. If they cannot address the appliance issues that day they are back the next day or as soon as they cannot address get the parts which is not more than a few days. Their knowledgeable technicians provide good advices on minimizing risk of failure again and go the extra mile in providing detail of the issue and remedy. Next time one of our appliances fail we will be calling AAA Appliance again.

AAA Appliance Repair was fantastic from start to finish. They provided upfront pricing with no surprise fees or extra charges, which I really appreciated. We originally planned to repair the dishwasher ourselves, but the part wouldn’t have arrived for 4–5 days. AAA came out the very next day after I called—and they already had the part on hand. Even better, the price of the part was comparable to what we would have paid ourselves. The repair was completed without removing the dishwasher, and the technician went above and beyond by noticing that it wasn’t level and leveling it for us—something we had no idea was an issue. Now not only does the dishwasher no longer leak (the original problem), but it’s also quieter and much easier to open and close. Their 90-day warranty gives me real peace of mind. With appliances becoming more expensive and less reliable, it’s reassuring to have a company I trust. I will absolutely be using AAA Appliance Repair again for any future appliance needs.
