Rugged Thread Outerwear Repair

Today, the Rugged Thread helped with an important repair that a number of other local business couldn't fix, and they did it at a bargain price! I've brought some other projects to them, and the price for their work has been too high to justify the repair. (Makes sense - they're skilled at what they do, and sometimes they can't compete on price with foreign labor.) But in most cases they're done a great job at fixing well-loved clothing and gear in a manner that's sure to last. Thank you Rugged Thread! Repair is a radical act!

Amazing, so glad we found these folks. We wear a lot of expensive hunting clothes so we were so excited when we discovered Rugged Threads Repair. We've had them repair two different KUIU jackets and couldn't be happier with the quality of the work, the customer service communications and the speed of the repairs. If you haven't done business with these folks you really need to give them a try, you will not be disappointed. Thank you guys!

I can't say enough good things about Rugged Thread. My husband's brand new Helly Hansen Ski Jacket got ripped in the washing machine after last ski season. I found Rugged Thread online and they seemed like they would be a great service to use to save an otherwise perfectly good coat. I also decided to send along an old Smartwool jacket of mine that had a rip on the bottom edge. THEY DID AN AWESOME JOB ON BOTH! When we got the coats back from them, we honestly couldn't remember where the damage had been because the repairs were that good. Well worth the price (which isn't that bad by the way). We'll definitely come back to Rugged Thread if we have any other gear repair needs. So much better to save these good pieces than to toss them. Thank you so much Rugged Thread!
