brought my apple computer in due to it not taking a charge. A best Buy employee originally told the the motherboard was bad.. the computer is only a couple years old. I brought it to Joe at quickstart, he assed the issue and quickly ruled out it wasnt the motherboard but the charging cable was bad! Joe was extremely patient, kind and knowledgeable. 5 stars!
Quickstart is the best! Joe is very patient and takes the time to explain what is needed in language I can understand , whether it's a BIG problem or an annual tuneup.
