Bend Alterations

Half of the issue is overall my fault not verifying the cost of the service. I thought I was quoted for $100 per alternation (which is pretty pricey) but the actual cost was $140 per coat. But then I got charged at the end another $15.50 and when I asked what that charge was I was told " I don't know it's a fee I have to apply". So for my two coats that I got the sleeves shortened, took about 2 weeks for about $290.50. lastly they lost my hangers that I brought with the coats to keep their form. They give me some random hangers but not meant for the coat. **Update to businesses' response** Thank you, I was already given two other hangers which is fine. Secondly, I did mention the price was high but I mistakenly did not review the ticket therefore it's my fault. Annoyed more at myself for not double checking the price; however, if you are charging a premium price then there shouldnt be hidden fees, and when asked about them they shouldn't have no explanation $15.50 charge. Also the customers hangers shouldnt be lost. If I came in today and made the realization that I didn't double check they price of service, but received a great product without hidden fees and not losing what was given, then the review would of been better. If you decide to charge high prices, every part of the experience should be premium and no hidden fee or losing customers hangers. It's not about the amount of the fee, it's about the lack of explanation and being blind sided with it. Then losing the hangers. Sorry for almost $300, you should be giving the greatest experience ever. I do not recommend their service if you read this comment. I do thank the business for responding; however coming back at the customer trying to say "I told you the price" and not hearing the actual concern is troublesome. I hope most customers don't experience this and it is a learning experience.
