Mike and his team repaired/refinished 2 items for us (a rocking chair and small side table). Mike and his team were professional at every turn. Responsive, thorough, flexible, communicative and knowledgeable. The quality of work was outstanding. I am so glad I decided to restore the items. They look and work better than when I purchased/received them. Mike was also responsive when I let him know I was in a time crunch. He was also able to exercise his creativity in figuring out how to replace the seat of the rocking chair, as the manufacturers are now out of business. His flexibility and creativity are appreciated. I usually avoid leaving negative reviews, but after 13 days without a response to my emails and texts, it’s clear that communication is lacking. I don’t have the time to wait indefinitely for a response. If you need someone reliable, I recommend looking elsewhere. My request was a simple one—a single cushion for a mudroom—yet I never received any follow-up or acknowledgment.

Great! He just hired a new artists. Famous for antique"s and beans new built furniture. Side chairs., dining chairs? Sofas and loveseats . Wing chairs.
