Went in to ask why my camera on my iPhone was blurry and she told me that it usually happens when a blue collar worker is around dirt and dust. Lol little do they know I work for an engineering department. Crazy rude. Plenty of other repair shops in town that do not insult their customers.
Wonderful so friendly and fixed my iPad within 20 min
Had to wait 3 days for my phone to get fixed and they forgot to put my number in so i had to call them otherwise wouldve been waiting, All that just for a call to come pick it up zero mentiom of price and than a random 60$ charge when they told me they couldnt even fix the phone all she did was open it and look. Horrible
I came here a few weeks ago to get my back glass replaced on my iPhone 14 Pro. It was a quick turnaround for a big project! I got it back within a day and it looked perfect. It wasn’t a big deal, but after the glass replacement, I noticed that my microphone was a little muffled and my video audio was fuzzy, so I brought my phone back in a couple of weeks later. They ordered me a new rear microphone and replaced it free of charge- and within an hour! My phone is perfect now. Great customer service and repairs. Thanks again!
Can’t recommend this place enough! I was having issues with my iPhone’s charging port and was told it was probably just dirty and needed a cleaning. iPhone Professor offered to clean and diagnose it for free, while “The iPhone Guy” downtown wanted to charge $50 (!!) for the same service. I was in and out in 10 minutes with a fully functioning phone again. If you’re having charging port problems, definitely take your phone here!
